The Past Princess Association (PPA) is the sole owner of the information collected at this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Children's Policy

The pastprincess.com website is not intended for use by children. We have no intention of collecting personal information from any individuals, but especially any individual under the age of 13.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. By setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in with a password more than once during a session. If a user rejects the cookie, the user may still use our site, although the user may be limited in some areas of our site.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site and gather other broad demographic information about the aggregate use of our site. We do not take any effort to link users to their IP addresses.

Information Sharing

We do not share aggregate use or personal information with outside parties without prior approval. Approval is assumed with regards to the guestbook where if the "hide email" box is unchecked, email addresses will be displayed on the guestbook page with any associated comments. We will remove information from this board on request from the author.

Site Updates

We may modify the information on our site at any time by simply posting new or updated information. These modifications are done without notice to the web site users.

Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Notwithstanding the other statements in this policy, the PPA does reserve the right to provide user information to third parties when required to comply with U.S. or foreign law or legal procedure, to protect the PPA's rights and property, and in emergency situations if physical safety or health is at issue.

Venue

Pastprincess.com website users and clients acknowledge and agree that all actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly, in connection with, out of, related to or from the use of the website shall be litigated, in courts within the United States, State of Minnesota, County of Hennepin. All users and clients consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any local, state or federal court located within such county. All users and clients also waive any right to transfer or change the venue of any litigation brought by or against the PPA in accordance with this agreement.
