Women who are selected to represent the Saint Paul Winter Carnival enjoy the unique opportunity of serving as public relations ambassadors for the city of Saint Paul.
As an organization we have made it one of our goals to continue to give back to the communities that give so much to one another. Join us in continued growth and involvement in the community!
