History

Organized in 1960 as a Women’s Division, membership was only open to the wives of Winter Carnival Royalty and volunteers. Their purpose was mainly one of providing hospitality and a feminine touch to Carnival activities. As the years progressed, so did the organization and its focus. The organization’s programming evolved from the simple hosting duties of an event and activity coordination.

Membership is open to the public, and currently is the only group within the Winter Carnival that does not require membership in past royal family for admittance.

If you would like to become a member, fill out the membership form and submit to the address on the form.

See the SPFHF Ambassadors website for more information.
